This "provider" is a fraud. She accepts money from federally funded programs to perform a capacity to parent evaluation under a $100,000.00/year contract with Mesa County Department of Human Services when she's an LPC and can not administer level C evaluations. Then she accepts bribe money on top of that to falsify the results and go into court and commit perjury so the state will terminate the parents rights on behalf of DHS. DISGUSTING AND IMMORAL
