Patient Experiences
After my telehealth appt with Dr Elizabeth Gallegos it took hours to correct my prescriptions that she refilled incorrectly. Since she works 2 days a week, as per DAP, it took my GP administrator and Power of Attorney to ensure my mental health prescriptions were filled correctly. Even today, I received a 2 sentence email with no apology for the confusion. This is definitely not someone I would recommend nor someone you would want on your health team. A. Morales
